Families: I have decided to slow down just a bit and focus a little more on our sweet preschool for now. Starting this week (April 1, 2013), we will only be available for indoor play on Saturdays 10-3 until further notice. We may add an afternoon here and there, and some full days when the preschool is not in session. This was a difficult decision for me, but it feels right. Thank you for all of your support during this transition, and we hope to see you in for play on a Saturday soon!

**New Drop Off Hours**

Our drop off service is available on:

Tuesdays from 10-5

Wednesdays from 10-5

Thursdays from 10-2

Saturdays from 10-12


Cost: $8 an hour (max of 3 hours)
Siblings $6 an hour

Ages: 12 months to 8 years old

Monday: Community Play and Lunch 10-1 ($6 per family)

Tuesday: 10-5 (Drop off available 10-5)

Wednesday: 10-2 (Drop off available 10-5)

Sunday: Closed

Starting February 1, we are no longer offering ART, YOGA, or SCIENCE classes at The Tree House.

Happy Birthday Tree House!!

A big thank you to all our customers and kiddos for allowing The Tree House to have such a successful first year!!  We have enjoyed welcoming each child into our space, watching them play and use their imaginations!  We have also thoroughly enjoyed countless conversations with parents and caregivers.  Thank you for making this such a wonderful community for parents and children!!

Dress Up!!

Kids LOVE to play dress up here at The Tree House!!  Kids use their imaginations as they become firefighters, Care Bears, cowboys, Elmo, Superman, and much more!

October Class Schedule

Check our website for the October Class Schedule.  We are still offering the same classes, but a few have switched time slots.

We still have Music, Yoga, Science, and Art!  Come check it out!

Making Friends

Drop Off Now Offered on WEDNESDAYS

We now offer hourly Drop Off on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00am -5:00pm.  This service costs $8 an hour for a maximum of 3 hours and is for kiddos ages 12 months - 8 years old.

Call ahead or just stop by and your child can play at The Tree House while you are away!!

New Classes!

We are excited to offer a few new classes starting the first week of September!!  In addition to art and yoga, we will now have story time, Science for Kids, and music!!

Music for ages 12 months-4 years and 4-7 years
Science for ages 2-5 years
Story Time for all ages
Yoga for ages 2-5
Mom and Me Yoga for infants 0-12 months
Art for 12 months-4 years, and 3-7 years

Egg Baby Clothing

We are excited to be carrying Egg Baby clothing line!!  Our first shipment of clothing will be here soon!!  Come to The Tree House to check it out and pick up some super cute clothes for your kiddo!

Drop Off Service

Do you have some errands to run, need a haircut, need to go grocery shopping, have a doctor appointment, or just need some alone time?

The Tree House still offers hourly drop off service on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  This service is for kids 12 months to 8 years old and costs $8 an hour for a maximum of 3 hours.

We will have lots of activities in our parking lot, including a live band, balloon animals, face painting, games, finger foods, ice cream and more!!  Kiddos can play in our indoor space for $2.

We also have ALOT of raffle prizes, including a half hour massage with child care!!  You can buy tickets for $1 each.

Featured Toy: Jumbo Cardboard Blocks

A favorite for both young and old, our big cardboard blocks are very popular here at The Tree House.  Kiddos enjoy making towers, castles, forts, and MORE out of these lightweight blocks. 



We purchased our set of these blocks from Toys R Us.
Come see for yourself how much fun cardboard blocks can be as you use your imagination to turn them into something amazing!

Couldn't think of a better Tuesday

Every day spent at The Tree House is a good day, especially when it's your 5th Birthday!!  These kiddos were chefs, puppeteers and more.  This is why we do what we do.  There is nothing better than spending a Tuesday listening to kiddos laugh, play, sing and pretend.

Tagging Tuesday- No Wrong Way Art

Today's Tagging Tuesday is No Wrong Way Art.  Artist Erich Brannen has been creating art his entire life with no formal training and learning only through personal experience.  We are selling three of his beautiful pieces, as seen above.  While you are on his website, stop by and donate to his home birth fundraiser to help his family pay for their upcoming birth!


Stop by and check out our selection.  He also is willing to travel to anyone's home or business to create a custom piece of art.

Tagging Tuesday- Give a Hoot Tree Pendants

New this week at The Tree House's "Local Nest" is Give a Hoot.  Give a Hoot creates these beautiful pendants for only $30.00!  They are so rockin' and we can't wait for you to see them in person!

A little about Give a Hoot:

After being a stay at home mom for over 2 years, I've decided to start a new project.

I've always had a passion for crafting, creating, and making, so my new project is selling my creations!

I chose the name "Give a Hoot!" because most of my creations are up-cycled. Up-cycling is all about taking something old, used, or just plain garbage and creating something beautiful, fun and useful!

Stop by Monday through Saturday from 10-5 to check out our full consignment assortment, let the kids play and enjoy a fun-filled day out with friends!

Socks!

Socks are still required for adults and children when you visit The Tree House, but now we have a new borrowing system.  If you forget socks, we have socks of all sizes for you to borrow while you play!  When you are done playing at The Tree House, simply place them in the Dirty Sock bin for washing.

So, no worries if you forget socks.  We got you covered!
